Welcome

Dr. Augustus Valmond received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of California Davis. He attended medical school at Howard University College of Medicine where he received his MD degree.
Dr. Valmond was trained in Internal Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.  He went on to complete a Fellowship in Nephrology at the same hospital. During his second year of fellowship, he was appointed Chief Nephrology Fellow. He was also recognized for his work in both basic science and clinical research.
